The Eternal 59th Second

Double IPA Our latest double India pale ale, or DIPA for short, embraces the fleeting nature of fresh dryhop aroma and flavor in beer. Brewed with Pale malt, wheat, and oats, it was hopped with Columbus, Palisades, and Ahtanumthen dryhopped with Citra and Falconer’s Flight. [wpex more="Read more" less="Read less"] Overflowing with fresh tropical fruit aromatics of mangoes and citrus peel, wildflowers, and pine, the beer showcases its soft and juicy palate with full body from oats and wheat and a very smooth finish. Drink it fresh! *It was like the eternal 59th second when it becomes a minute and then looks kind of sheepish.” We pay homage to one of the great unsung poets and novelists of the 20th Century counterculture, Richard Brautigan, who was vaulted to fame for his novel Trout Fishing In America. Both Chef Dave and Brewmaster Will are huge Brautigan fans, and Chef Dave is personally excited to finally see another reference to his work in our beer names. The first was Kafka’s Hat. You can look it up. Teardrop 6.50[/wpex]
