Barrel Fermented Beer with Rye and Brettanomyces This limited-release beer, all 100 gallons of it, comes directly from our 500 liter oak sherry barrel in the famous CBC Barrel Cellar. A blend of worts from several different brews has combined over the course of one year, as the beer has been constantly topped-up to compensate for evaporation from the barrel.
