Dunkel Jesse and the Rippers

Munich-style Dark Lager Beer Jesse and The Rippers went from meager beginnings to world-wide fame. Their hit songs include "Forever" and several hundred Beach Boy cover songs. But to the best of our knowledge, they never had a beer named after their band. Until today. [wpex more="Read more" less="Read less"] This traditional dark lager was brewed with nearly 100% dark Munich malt. Clean and malty with a hint of sweetness up front, but a balancing dry finish. Lightly hopped with German Spalt and Hersbrucker for a touch of herbal hop flavor and extra drinkability. Cold fermentation lasted two weeks, then lagered for an additional five weeks for a super-smooth mature character. Stay tuned for our next very special lager beer, sure to be named Hot Daddy and the Monkey Puppets. Pilsner 6 Pitcher 19 Tower 33[/wpex]
