DDHTTPA (Double Dry Hopped Tall Tale Pale Ale)

Double Dry Hopped Tall Tale Pale Ale starts out as our Tall Tale Pale Ale. Big and bold, our Pale Ale distinguishes itself by its huge hop aroma and flavor. A combination of Cascade and Centennial hops in the kettle gives this beer its nectarious flavor. [wpex more="Read more" less="Read less"] We then decided to take our classic Tall Tale Pale Ale and rearrange it into the classic New England Style Hoppy Ale. With an intense focus on the nectariousness of this beer we began to meticulously add large quantities of hops to the Fermenter. First we added some Centennial and Cascade Hops, to boost the classic Tall Tale Pale Ale aroma. With a solid backbone in the classic American hop profile we were now ready to start adding our twist on the style, nectariousness. A second dry hop of Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and Topaz Hops were added for their tropical juicy flavors. Southern Hemisphere hops are the best. After the second dry hop we still weren’t satisfied that we had nailed the classic New England Hoppy Ale style, we needed more hops. A third dry hop addition was needed to complete Double Dry Hopped Tall Tale Pale Ale. The exact quantities and varieties of hops are a secret our Brewmaster, Will Meyers, will take to his grave. Finally after the Triple Dry Hop we attained the classic New England Hoppy Ale flavor profile, the nectaron bomb known as Double Dry Hopped Tall Tale Pale Ale. Teardrop 6 Pitcher 23 Tower 37[/wpex]
