We then mash the shredded pumpkins with pale malts, wheat, and a little bit of crystal malts for a smooth backbone to this hoppy beer. A generous helping of Centennial, Chinook, Equinox, and Galaxy Hops are added in the kettle for a balanced bitterness, robust resinous hop flavor, and an orange and pine tree aroma.
